What we do

Bridge Loan Funding Network exists as a nexus of two worlds -- the need for easy and inexpensive funding and the need for a solid investment.  With over 80 years of combined experience in the financial and investment marketplace, our representatives have created an easy-to-understand, easy-to-implement, and equitable framework for secondary market funding.

How our program works is we connect borrowers with lenders in a way that the borrower gets the best available terms for their loan while the lender gets a return that meets their needs.  Simple.
